anlander SIM

A travel data store for Hong Kong travellers: 123 destinations and 2,299 plans, sold as an eSIM that arrives about thirty seconds after payment or as a physical SIM posted free within Hong Kong. One catalogue, several suppliers, and a checkout that switches to the visitor's language and currency by itself — and takes cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, FPS and PayMe.

Overview

sim.anlander.com is anlander's own travel data store. Visitors pick a destination, then narrow down by trip length, data allowance, network and brand; plans from several suppliers sit in one catalogue so the traveller compares offers rather than shops. Buy an eSIM and the QR code lands in the inbox in well under a minute; buy a physical SIM and it goes out by post, free inside Hong Kong.

The brief

anlander had the supply — thousands of plans across a dozen networks — but was selling them through other people's platforms and over the counter. The task was a first-party store good enough to send paid traffic to: fast to browse, honest about what each plan does, able to take payment from anywhere, and hands-off once the order is placed.

What we built

  • Destination-first catalogue — 123 destinations and 2,299 plans, filtered by trip length, data allowance, network and brand, with plan counts that update as each filter is applied.
  • Automatic eSIM delivery — payment confirms, the plan is provisioned upstream, and the QR code reaches the buyer by email and on the order page in about thirty seconds. No app, no account required.
  • Physical SIM fulfilment — the same plan can ship as a real card: address capture at checkout, a warehouse queue for packing, tracking on the order page and an email when it is posted.
  • 36 languages, prices in the visitor's currency — language and currency switch automatically to where the visitor is, and can be changed by hand at any time, so nobody has to convert prices in their head before buying.
  • Every way a traveller wants to pay — cards worldwide (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus the local rails Hong Kong and mainland customers actually use: FPS, PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay.
  • Accounts, top-ups and rewards — sign in to see your SIMs and orders, top up an existing card, and earn a free plan for every ten bought.
  • Built to be found — per-destination landing pages, structured data, sitemap and llms.txt, plus a product feed that keeps Google Shopping in step with the catalogue.

Highlights

  • Thousands of plans from several suppliers, in one place to compare.
  • Orders complete themselves — payment to working data with nobody in the middle.
  • A Hong Kong shop that still sells to a visitor from anywhere.

Selling something that ships itself?

We build stores that take the order, take the payment and deliver on their own.
