For education & training

Be findable when parents search, and let them sign up and pay without waiting for your office to open.

01

Parents research online long before they call you

Tutoring centres, schools and course providers lose enquiries in the same two places: parents cannot find them when they search, and once found there is no way to sign up without a phone call during office hours.

02

What we build for education

Members

Membership & subscriptions

Paid member areas, tiered access and recurring billing — the model we built and still maintain for a Hong Kong primary-school admissions platform.

Content

Content that ranks

Course, school and topic pages structured to answer what parents actually type — the traffic that keeps arriving without ad spend.

Booking

Trial class booking

Let parents book a trial or an assessment at 11pm, with the slot written straight into your calendar.

Practice

Interactive practice

Drills, quizzes and games that give students a reason to come back between lessons.

Payments

Fees & renewals

Online payment for fees and automatic renewal reminders, so chasing is not a monthly job.

Insight

Reporting

Which courses convert, which pages bring enquiries, where sign-ups drop off.

03

Education work we have done

A subscription education platform, built and still maintained by us.

04

Situations we see every term

If one of these is your centre, none of it needs a rebuild to fix.

05

Why an education business hires us

We built and still maintain a paid subscription platform used by Hong Kong parents, so this is not theory.

We have shipped this exact model

PrimaryHK runs paid tiers, member content and renewals — and we are the ones who keep it running.

Content that keeps bringing parents

Search-driven pages compound: they keep arriving after you stop paying for ads.

Payments families expect

FPS, PayMe and cards, plus recurring billing when a monthly plan makes more sense than a term fee.

Installable, no app store

A web app puts an icon on the home screen without app-store review or two codebases to maintain.

FAQ

Can we charge monthly rather than per course?+
Yes. Subscription tiers, one-off purchases or a mix — we have shipped the monthly model and still keep one running.
Our content is in Chinese. Is that a problem?+
No — most of what we run is Traditional Chinese first, with English and Simplified alongside where it helps.
Do we need an app?+
Usually not. An installable web app puts an icon on the home screen without app-store review or two codebases to maintain.
Can parents pay by FPS?+
Yes — FPS, PayMe and cards, whichever your families prefer.
Can students log in and see only their own materials?+
Yes. Member tiers and per-course access are standard; you decide who sees what, and you can see who has opened it.
We are a single tutor, not a big centre. Is this overkill?+
Start with a landing page and trial booking. Membership and payments can come later, once enrolments justify them.
