For retail & e-commerce

Get your stock online, take orders while you sleep, and be findable when someone searches for what is sitting on your shelf.

01

The shop is open, but the website is not selling

Retailers in Hong Kong usually have the hard parts already — stock, suppliers, a shopfront people trust. What is missing online is the boring machinery: a catalogue that stays correct, a way to take an order at 2am, and enough visibility that people find you before they find a bigger competitor.

02

What we build for retail and e-commerce

Store

Storefronts that take orders

Shopify or custom — catalogue, cart, payment and order flow set up so sales happen without you touching anything.

Catalogue

Catalogues that stay correct

Hundreds or thousands of SKUs kept in step across the site, the feed and the shop floor, so the price online is the price at the counter.

Enquiry

WhatsApp ordering

Not everyone checks out online. We wire product pages to WhatsApp so an enquiry arrives with the item already attached.

Found

Search visibility

Product and category pages structured so Google and AI answers can quote them — including the long-tail searches your big competitors ignore.

Ads

Shopping ads

Product feed to Merchant Center, Shopping campaigns bid to the store’s real margins rather than a vanity ROAS.

Payments

Local payments

Cards plus FPS, PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay — the ways Hong Kong customers actually pay.

03

Retail work we have done

All live today, all built and still maintained by us.

04

Situations we see every week

If one of these sounds like your shop, the fix is usually smaller than you think.

05

Why a shop hires us

We build and maintain online stores that take real orders, so the parts that break at 11pm are parts we have already had to fix.

We have imported worse catalogues

MonCity went online with 750+ models across 15+ brands. Messy supplier data is normal, not a blocker.

Payments Hong Kong actually uses

Cards plus FPS, PayMe, Alipay and WeChat Pay — the same set the stores we maintain take every day.

We know what stock discipline costs

Live stock only helps if the process behind it is realistic for your staff. We design for the counter, not the spec sheet.

Ads and site are the same team

The product feed, the landing page and the campaign are built together, so nothing quietly points at a dead page.

FAQ

Shopify or a custom store?+
Shopify for most shops — fast to launch, easy for your staff. Custom when the catalogue, pricing or fulfilment does something Shopify cannot — that is the only reason worth paying for a custom build.
We have 800 products and no clean data. Now what?+
Normal. We have imported catalogues in worse shape. We clean and structure once, then build the process that keeps it clean.
Can customers still order by WhatsApp?+
Yes, and many will. We treat WhatsApp as a first-class order channel rather than pretending everyone checks out online.
Will you run the ads too?+
Yes — Shopping and Search, with the product feed and landing pages built by the same team.
How long until we can take our first online order?+
A focused storefront with a few dozen products is usually weeks, not months. If your catalogue is large or messy, we launch with the best-selling slice first and add the rest afterwards.
Do we need to stop using our current supplier system?+
No. Where it has an export or an API we sync from it, so your staff keeps working the way they already do.
